if you have a good set of knives that have lost their edge, don’t discard them, there maybe life left in them yet. Fetch them in to us and we will resurrect them. Re-grinding a new edge and honing them until they cut as if they were new. Both Richard and his Father (who lends a hand in the shop) have excellent skills with both a steel and grinding tools and both have been professionally trained.
